                        Car and Tarmac Rally Marshals Club Ltd are pleased to announce that a draw will 
                        be held at the Outdoor Services sponsored rally time trial for the return of the 
                        entry fee to one of the competing drivers. Remember you got to be in it to win 
                        it! With the entry fee only <b>£80.00</b> for the maximum of 6 timed runs around 
                        the concrete lanes of the estate, the fastest time of the day in each class to 
                        receive a prize. Dual entries are accepted. Scrutiny is on the morning of the 
                        event from 8am to 10am, the first car off the line at 11am<b> </b>after the 
                        familiarisation run.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

                        on the 20<sup>th</sup> March competitors are urged to put an entry in 
                        early to avoid disappointment, at only £80.00 for the 6 timed runs around the
